Our Commitment
Paddle Agency will never seek equity or ownership involvement in the organization. Our role is purely as a strategic partner committed to driving measurable results. Once $300,000 in sponsorship revenue has been achieved, we recommend earmarking $50,000 toward hiring a full-time coordinator in New Haven to relieve volunteer board members of day-to-day operations and ensure consistent sponsor servicing.
